BALANCE WHEEL OF LIFE

The  Balance Wheel of Life offers a clear picture of eight specific areas of maintaining a healthy and balanced life.  Geri Ann helps in identifying where an individual falls on this wheel, and provides you with the skills to keep each area growing equally so your wheel is not out of balance.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Rate your satisfaction level in each of the eight “slices” of your life pie above, using the following scale: 1 = Totally Dissatisfied … 10 = Totally Satisfied
  2. If you consider your typical week, allocate approximate percentages of time that you actually spend in each of the eight areas. Remember that your assigned percentages should total 100%.
  3. Repeat the exercise in number “2” above, this time assigning percentages that you would DESIRE to be true of how you allocate your time in a typical week.
  4. Reflecting back on the exercises above, which areas of your “life pie” do you identify as being in the greatest need of your time and attention?
